"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Bertha, the State Farm agent who signed me up for my policy. When I enrolled, she never informed me that rental car coverage was not included and had to be added separately. I only found out now that I need a rental due to a car incident. When I reached out for clarification, instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me and said I should have checked my insurance card. She accepted zero accountability for failing to communicate this at the time of signup. As an agent, it is her job to clearly explain coverage details, especially something as important and commonly needed as rental coverage. This lack of communication has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend working with this agent."

"Customer service thru the floor!!! The only thing state farm has is the name brand. Other than that is one more bad insurance company, don’t even get me started on with customer care reps. Switching to another insurance company!"
